THE PRODUCT YOU BOUGHT IS DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?



If your product malfunctions?



You can contact the service centre indicated on the warranty voucher, taking your purchase documents (delivery note/warranty voucher) with you.



CAN I REFUSE THE REPAIR AND SIMPLY RETURN THE GOODS TO THE SHOP?



If the product was purchased more than 15 days ago and the customer considers it to be a factory defect, the customer must bring the product and its documents to the shop, write a statement describing the defect and request a refund. The product will be sent to an authorised workshop for diagnosis, after which the customer will receive a reply based on the findings of the workshop. HOW LONG WILL THE WARRANTY REPAIR LAST?



Warranty service can take up to 30 calendar days. If the parts required for the repair have to be ordered from the equipment manufacturer, the repair may be extended for the time required to deliver the parts.



IN WHAT CASES IS THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY INVALID?



The customer is not entitled to warranty repairs if:



The product has suffered mechanical damage as a result of user action, including natural disasters: lightning, fire, flood, etc. In the event of foreign objects, liquids and insects entering the appliance.



Damage to the product as a result of improper installation, transport or storage, or failure to comply with the user instructions during operation.



During operation, non-standard power supplies, accessories and spare parts as well as consumables (cartridges, toners, etc.) which were not certified by the manufacturer and the use of which caused damage to the device were used.



If the use of inappropriate, incorrect or pirated software has caused damage to your smartphone, tablet or other computer hardware.
